Children's Reiki
This training was created for children who march to the beat of their own drum, are highly imaginative, intuitive, and sensitive to feelings of all that surround them. Thes children will one day be our greatest teahers, guides, and leaders.
Bringing Reiki, a simple energy technique, to children deepens clarity and validates their ingerent abilities. It also offers amazing benefits like improved concentration,empathy for self and others, enhanced relaxation and slppe, more creativity, enhanced compassion for all living things, and better self-awareness.
This training is designed to help children connect with energy and gain self-awareness in a fun and loving way!
They will learn exercises to promote balance, wellness and relaxation of the body, while teaching them easy ways to help concentrate and settle their mind.

Children will learn Reiki in a fun and engaging environment through play, activities, mindfulness, meditation and movement.
Learning about and using Reiki at a young age promotes lifelong healthy living. Being attuned to Reiki energy supports children in making better choices by increasing self-confidence, enhancing self-esteem and encouraging empathy for others.
In this workshop the children will
Learn about the history of Reiki, how it works and what it can do.
Learn how to give Reiki to themselves and others including animals, plants and food.
Explore energy through games and activities.
Have fun with mindfulness, movement and meditation.
Receive Reiki Level 1 Attunements
